We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our team to become our Registered Manager working at our wonderful care home, based in Fordham Essex. We have an outdoor heated swimming pool and are in the countryside of Fordham, Essex.

Presently we require a Support Worker

Candidates must be 18 years old and over to apply. This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and reference checks.

We are a small independent social care organisation offering residential services for six adults with learning disabilities. We are located in Fordham, Colchester and we have a generous sized bungalow with a beautiful garden and an outside heated swimming pool.

We offer extensive training packages and training progression.

Support Worker rates of pay:

Monday 7.00am to Friday until 10.00pm £12.00 per hour.

Saturday 7.00am to Sunday 10.00pm £12.00 per hour

Shift leader rate of pay:

Monday 7.00am to Friday until 10.00pm £12.25 per hour

Saturday 7.00am to Sunday 10.00pm £12.25 per hour

Night Awake 12.00 per hour

Sleep in £50.00

At the Conifers we are fully stocked with the correct personal protection equipment (PPE) equipment. We work very hard to protect staff, clients and visitors in line with Government guidelines when infection levels are high.

We are hoping to offer more employment when we have completed and finalised registration of our Single Service Flats with CQC. This will be 1.1 client supported residence.

Staff eat free meals eaten with our clients.
